I found this recipe online and will be trying it over the Christmas Holidays. The description says the original version of these brownies was developed in Ireland. The malt in the Guinness stout beer intensifies the flavor of the chocolate in these delicious brownies. The texture is an interesting combination of fudge, mousse, candy, and traditional brownies. They sound damn good, if you try them before I do let me know how they were. I have made Christmas treats with rum and other spirits but never beer. I guess there is a first time for everything.
